Join us for an intentional evening of health, rest and renewal. Participants will be guided through a 30-minute restorative yoga class, appropriate for all fitness levels and ages, by our Certified Restorative Yoga Trainer. Following that they will enjoy full experience full body acupuncture from our Naturopathic Doctor while also finding deep relaxation through a renewal meditation. Participants will be gifted tea and a special detox take home.
