Meet Your Instructor (she/her)

Pieta Griffith


Passionate about women’s health and movement, Pieta brings compassion and an encouraging, nurturing spirit to her practice. At a young age Pieta suffered from asthma and this began her journey of learning the importance of breath work and movement and how these practices improve quality of life as a whole.


Pieta has been a personal trainer for over 20 years with a focus on Pilates, mobility and strength. She is passionate about helping her clients find joy in movement and supporting them through their health and fitness journey.

After the birth of her 2nd daughter, she began working in the field of Pre and Post natal, bringing a caring and core focused approach to her clients and classes.


As Pieta moves into the age of perimenopause and menopause so to has her focus to understand the affects of hormonal health, cycle syncing and optimal training according to the many changing seasons of the female life.


Pieta looks forward to connecting with you and welcomes your inquiries about how she can support you on the next steps of your health journey.


Where is the class?

Classes are held in our beautiful movement studio at 3093 Dundas Street West. Paid parking is available directly in front of the clinic on Dundas Street West and free parking is available on the neighbouring side streets.

Can I split sessions with friends who aren’t current clients?

Absolutely! Invite anyone you’d like—just let us know when you book. We'll reach out to them to welcome them and get them signed up.

Can I pay with my health insurance?

Unfortunately no. Personal training is not reimbursable through private health benefits. Some employers may have discretionary health spending coverage for fitness expenses. We can provide a detailed receipt for fitness classes but are not able to direct bill this expense. 

Can we bring our kids?

Sure can! Kids are always welcome at Body Co and encouraged in our postnatal groups. We do however ask that parents are responsible for the safety of their children and that they are not disruptive to other clients using our services for medical treatment.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens, we get it. You are always welcome to cancel or change an appointment with 36 hours notice by phone, text or email. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full charge of the appointment. Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Are sessions suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes! Each session is tailored to your group’s needs and goals. Small sized groups allow our instructors to make hands on modifications in real time so you can make progress safely while getting the most out of your workout.
