With over 20 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Pieta specializes in women's health across all life stages—from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause and beyond. Her unique approach combines strength training, mobility work, and breath work to help women thrive at every age.

Personal Journey to Women's Wellness

Pieta's path into wellness began early in life. Diagnosed with asthma as a child, she discovered firsthand how proper breathing techniques and mindful movement could transform physical limitations into strength. This personal experience ignited her passion for helping others connect with their bodies through intentional movement.

After experiencing her own postpartum recovery following the birth of her second daughter, Pieta expanded her practice to include specialized pre and postnatal training. Now navigating perimenopause herself, she brings authentic, lived experience to her work with women in midlife transition.
