Nikita Gaud

BPT, Registered Physiotherapist

Nikita is a Registered Physiotherapist with a clinical focus in orthopaedic rehabilitation, concussion management, and pelvic health physiotherapy. She has completed certification in Complete Concussion Management and has worked in concussion-focused clinical settings, which has strengthened her interest in vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation. She also holds Level 1 training in pelvic health physiotherapy and continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional education in these areas.

Nikita completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Gujarat University in India in 2021. Following her graduation, she moved to Canada, where she completed a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, further strengthening her understanding of exercise science and rehabilitation principles. She then successfully completed her licensing examinations to become a fully Registered Physiotherapist in Canada.

Her clinical approach is centred on careful listening, thorough assessment, and patient-specific goal setting. She integrates clinical reasoning with hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to support recovery, improve movement, and help individuals rebuild strength, confidence, and independence in their daily lives. She places strong emphasis on education and active patient participation throughout the rehabilitation process.

Outside of her professional work, Nikita enjoys dancing and painting, which help her stay creative and balanced.

Nikita is accepting new patients and is available on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
