Join our certified perinatal Personal Trainer for our signature blend of prenatal strengthening, Pilates, pelvic floor training and mindfulness designed to make pregnancy more comfortable, prepare you for labour and delivery and improve recovery outcomes.

Small Class Size

Our micro classes are small enough allow our instructor to make hands-on corrections and recommendations based on your individual symptoms yet just the right size and intimate environment to foster community. It also allows lots of rooms for babies to spread out and play while you enjoy some focused movement.

Our team has specialized certifications in perinatal fitness and healthcare. Our instructor & therapist have a deep understanding of the physiology and anatomy of pregnancy and are well equipped to make evidence-based exercise prescriptions and modifications.

Meet Lucy (she/her)

With 15 years of experience as a competitive athlete, Lucy has a life-long passion for movement and health. As a recent graduate from Canada’s leading undergraduate kinesiology program at the University of Toronto, Lucy takes a unique approach to marrying evidence-based methods with years of personal experience. Lucy believes fitness and physical activity are medicine for both the mind and body and brings a positive and energetic approach to every session.


Lucy has significant experience in strength training and believes it is a critical part of the maintenance of women’s health. Lucy’s balance of yoga and pilates-focused body weight exercise with resistance training creates a dynamic workout that leaves clients feeling challenged, engaged and strong. Lucy believes exercise should be accessible for everyone, and is excited to find the right program for you.


Lucy is a pre and postnatal certified fitness instructor. Her attention to detail combined with her in depth understanding of anatomy and physiology makes her uniquely positioned to help expecting parents meet their fitness goals in a safe and meaningful movement practice.

Where is the class?

Classes are held in our beautiful movement studio at 3093 Dundas Street West. Paid parking is available directly in front of the clinic on Dundas Street West and free parking is available on the neighbouring side streets.

What if I can't make a class?

Classes are non-refundable however you are welcome to do one make-up class per session in any of our other classes pending availability. Simply call our team at (416) 572-0479 to book.

What should I bring?

Come prepared to class in comfy clothes for movement, a reusable water bottle and indoor running shoes (optional - bare feet are fine too). We provide everything else including yoga mats.
