This workshop has been specially designed to give you the tools and tips you need to bring the skills of our clinical team into your home.

Benefits of Massage

Massage Therapy is an evidence-based treatment that can improve many aspects of your health.

Benefits of acupuncture may include; reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, stimulation of the lymphatic system, reduction of stress hormones, relaxation, increased joint mobility and flexibility, improved skin tone, improved recovery from soft tissue injuries and reduced anxiety and depression.

Never Give A Bad Massage Again

Participants will learn the following skills to incorporate safely into your home self-care routine.

Soft Tissue Massage

Learn safe and effective techniques to relieve pain and create and length and mobility in tight muscles. We will show you how to gauge pressure, correct direction and how to target stiff muscles and tendons.

Fascial Release

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles and when it remains tight your muscles can't expand. Learn how to effectively change the tension in this less elastic tissue.

Partner Assisted Stretching

Learn innovative ways to support your partner and deepen their stretch. This is a great way to connect post workout while at the same time preventing injury.

Roger Cullman

Registered Massage Therapist


Roger’s client-centred approach incorporates traditional Swedish massage techniques including deep tissue work to reduce your pain, increase your mobility and help you relax. Roger loves working with a wide variety of clients. He is an expert at alleviating aches and pains associated with poor ergonomics and enjoys working with pre- and post-natal clients, those with sport-related injuries, postural imbalances, post-concussion syndrome, tendonitis, scoliosis, TMJ disorders and headaches. 


Roger graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2016. He is a member of good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario.
