Join our signature prenatal fitness class at Body Co every Monday at 6:30pm. Incorporating Pilates, resistance training & mindfulness practices for expecting mothers.

## Description

Our signature prenatal fitness class for expecting mothers incorporating Pilates, resistance & pelvic health training as well as mindfulness practices. The small group classes give you a personalized experience with the benefit of meeting other mothers from our community.

Classes are held in-person at Body Co (3093 Dundas Street West) every Monday at 6:30 pm EST. This is a 5-week class beginning July 27th, 2026. Please note there will be no class on Monday, August 3rd. Early bird rates apply until July 1st, 2026 and are automatically applied at checkout.
