Build strength after birth with postnatal fitness and pelvic floor guidance. Join our 6-week Tuesday 11 AM class starting July 28, 2026. Early bird rates until July 1st.

## Description

The individualized postnatal fitness and pelvic floor guidance that every mom deserves to feel confident in her own skin. We know that happy, healthy moms have a better capacity to show up in motherhood. Join our certified postnatal Personal Trainer and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist for a curated 6-week class designed to help new moms build strength, reduce postpartum symptoms and find their community. Classes are held Tuesdays at 11:00 am beginning July 28th, 2026. Please note there will be no class on Tuesday, August 18th. Your 6-week session will run on July 28th, August 4th, 11th, 25th, September 1st, and 8th. Early bird rates apply until July 1st, 2026 and are automatically applied at checkout.
