# Group Personal Training for Women - Tuesdays at 12:30 PM & Saturdays at 9:30 AM (Twice Weekly)

Twice-weekly 50-minute training for women to build core strength, improve pelvic health, and increase lean muscle mass. Join Tuesdays and Saturdays.

## Description

Ready to get strong and future proof your body? Join our personal trainers for this twice-weekly session designed to give you the foundational skills to build a strong body and a strong core. This 50-minute class was designed with our clinical team and provides participants with evidence-based exercises geared toward improving pelvic health and increasing lean muscle mass.

Join us Tuesdays at 12:30 PM beginning July 28th and Saturdays at 9:30 AM beginning August 1st. Tuesday classes run July 28th, August 4th, 11th, 25th, September 1st, and 8th — please note there will be no class on August 18th. Saturday classes run August 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th, September 5th, and 12th — please note there will be no class on August 22nd. Early bird rates apply until July 1st, 2026 and are automatically applied at checkout.
