Dr. Margot Lattanzi is a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncture Provider on a  mission to help women in perimenopause navigate hormonal shifts, prevent fatigue, and feel calm, energized, and balanced. Having experienced her own journey with hormonal imbalances and confusing symptoms, she knows how 

overwhelming it can feel—but also how transformative the right tools and   strategies can be.

Through her signature Hormone Cornerstone Method, Dr. Margot simplifies  complex hormonal changes and provides practical, evidence-based solutions to help you reclaim your energy. Whether it’s through personalized nutrition, lifestyle guidance, herbal medicines, supplements or acupuncture, her 

approach focuses on sustainable results without the guesswork.

Dr. Margot is board-certified in Naturopathic Medicine, with advanced  training in hormone therapy, fertility, and women’s health. She believes that feeling better doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming—and that small, meaningful changes can lead to life-changing results.
