Birth Education at Body Co

# Pick your session and hold your spot.

One registration covers you and your support person. Ten hours of instruction, all materials, and both seats. Six registrations per session, so a spot is not held until checkout is complete.

## The three sessions, one more time.

### Fall Session

Four Wednesday evenings, 6:30 to 9:00pm

October 14, October 21, October 28 and November 4, 2026

### Late Fall Session

Four Wednesday evenings, 6:30 to 9:00pm

November 18, November 25, December 2 and December 9, 2026

### Winter Weekend

Two full days, 10:00am to 3:00pm

Saturday, January 9 and Sunday, January 10, 2027

Choose the session where you will be at least 32 weeks on the first day. All three run at Body Co, 3093 Dundas Street West.

## Before you complete this

- Both seats are included. Partner, mother, sister, friend, or doula.
- Nothing else gets sold to you in the room.
- Full refund up to two weeks before your first class. After that, the value transfers to any other service at Body Co.
- Your confirmation email arrives with the dates, the address, and what to bring.
