Where is the class?
Classes are held in our beautiful movement studio at 3093 Dundas Street West. Paid parking is available directly in front of the clinic on Dundas Street West and free parking is available on the neighbouring side streets.
What if I can't make a class?
Because the series is progressive and space is limited, we are not able to provide make up classes or refunds — but your instructor will help you integrate missed material.
What should I bring?
Come prepared to class in comfy clothes for movement and a reusable water bottle. We provide everything else including yoga mats.
No. All movements are scalable and your instructor will provide modifications for every level.
Yes—this series is designed to support posture, mobility, nervous system regulation, and pain reduction. If you have specific injuries, our team can help determine if it’s the right fit.
This class is fitness-based and not billed under physiotherapy. Please check your plan for wellness or preventative care coverage.
