Over 8 weeks, you’ll experience a therapeutic blend of ELDOA, Pilates-based strength training, and nervous system regulation techniques that support mobility, alignment, and long-lasting change.


This series is progressive, supportive, personalized—and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Meet Your Instructor – Myriam Pelletier


Myriam is a Movement & Mindset Coach with 27+ years of clinical experience.


She is certified in:


  • ELDOA

  • Pilates

  • Movement for Trauma

  • Mindset Coaching


Her therapeutic, whole-person approach helps clients restore mobility, build strength, and create sustainable, long-lasting change in how they move and feel.



Where is the class?

Classes are held in our beautiful movement studio at 3093 Dundas Street West. Paid parking is available directly in front of the clinic on Dundas Street West and free parking is available on the neighbouring side streets.

What if I can't make a class?

Because the series is progressive and space is limited, we are not able to provide make up classes or refunds — but your instructor will help you integrate missed material.

What should I bring?

Come prepared to class in comfy clothes for movement and a reusable water bottle. We provide everything else including yoga mats.
