Birth Education at Body Co

That is one thing off the list.

Your spot is held, and that covers both seats. A confirmation email is on its way with everything you need for the first class. If it has not landed in ten minutes, check your promotions folder before you email us.

We will also add you to Jane, our booking system. Your consent forms come from there, and so does every class reminder, by text and email.

What happens between now and your first class

01

Fill in your consent forms

They arrive by email from Jane. Getting them done ahead of time means we start on time instead of spending the first fifteen minutes on paperwork. Put your class dates in your calendar while you are at it, and your support person's too.

02

Bring almost nothing

Comfortable clothes you can move and kneel in, a water bottle, and a pillow if you have a favourite one. Materials are provided. There is floor work, so socks or bare feet are easier than shoes.

03

Come with your questions

The ones you have been typing into a search bar at midnight. Six families in the room means there is time for them, and Julie would rather you ask than leave wondering.

Finding us

Body Co Health and Wellness, 3093 Dundas Street West, Toronto. We are in the Junction.

Parking

There is paid parking directly in front of the clinic on Dundas Street West. There are also Green P lots two to three blocks away, and free three-hour parking on the side streets right around us. For the 6:30pm sessions, give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot.

STILL NEEDED: nearest TTC route and stop, and whether the front door is locked after hours and who lets people in.

Something come up, or a question you would rather ask now? Email melanie@bodycotoronto.com and we will sort it out.

One more thing, and then we will leave you alone.

Most of what you learn in this class is about the hours of labour. What tends to get skipped is the body doing the work, before and after. If you want someone to look at your pelvic floor while there is still time to change how delivery and recovery go, that is what we do here every day.

No rush. It will keep until after your first class.
