Our micro classes are small enough allow our instructor to make hands-on corrections and recommendations based on your individual symptoms yet just the right size and intimate environment to foster community. It also allows lots of rooms for babies to spread out and play while you enjoy some focused movement.

Our team has specialized certifications in perinatal fitness and healthcare. Our instructor & therapist have a deep understanding of the physiology and anatomy of pregnancy and are well equipped to make evidence-based exercise prescriptions and modifications.

Meet Pieta (she/her)
Passionate about women’s health and movement, Pieta brings compassion and an encouraging, nurturing spirit to her practice. At a young age Pieta suffered from asthma and this began her journey of learning the importance of breath work and movement and how these practices improve quality of life as a whole.
Pieta has been a personal trainer for over 20 years with a focus on Pilates, mobility and strength. She is passionate about helping her clients find joy in movement and supporting them through their health and fitness journey.
After the birth of her 2nd daughter, she began working in the field of Pre and Post natal, bringing a caring and core focused approach to her clients and classes.
As Pieta moves into the age of perimenopause and menopause so to has her focus to understand the affects of hormonal health, cycle syncing and optimal training according to the many changing seasons of the female life.
Pieta looks forward to connecting with you and welcomes your inquiries about how she can support you on the next steps of your health journey.

PERINATAL HEALTH TEAM
We are firm believers that the more you know, the better you can live. That is why our perinatal health team will be regular contributors to our Mom & Baby class.
Participants can expect both informative and informal Q & A style time with our paediatric physiotherapist, pelvic health physiotherapists, naturopathic doctor and osteopathic manual practitioner. Come prepare with all of your questions. We've got answers.

Where is the class?
Outdoor classes will be held in a local Junction park (TBA) when weather allows. Should there be inclement weather, we will move the class inside to our in-clinic studio located at 3093 Dundas Street West.
What if I can't make a class?
Classes are non-refundable however you are welcome to do one make-up class per session in any of our other classes pending availability. Simply call our team at (416) 572-0479 to book.
What if it rains?
Bad weather? No problem. We have a beautiful movement space at 3093 Dundas Street so you don't have to miss you workout on rainy days. We will notify participants by email by 10am if we are changing locations.
