The Foundational Strength of Pilates With a Clinical Focus
Starting a movement regime can be hard. Busy classes don't allow instructors to provide hands on corrections or help you modify exercises to meet your individual needs. Our instructors saw that gap among their clinical patients and decided to build a class that would allow participants, whether returning from an injury or simply building the basics of excellent form, to make significant progress in their health goals without the risk of injury or overwhelm.
This clinically led led class is appropriate for individuals who would like to:
Improve engagement and strength of the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscle
Improve muscle control and stamina while building lean muscle mass
Build better breathing mechanics
Improve both static and dynamic balance
Reduce pain and functional disability
Why we're different from other postnatal exercise classes.
Small Class Size
6 - Participants
Our micro classes are small enough allow our instructor to make hands-on corrections and recommendations based on your individual symptoms yet just the right size and intimate environment to foster community. This attention to form and technique helps to build foundational strength and avoid injury.
Clinical Focus
Certified Fitness & Health Professionals
Our instructors have specialized certifications in both Pilates and Physiotherapy. They have a deep understanding of the physiology and anatomy and are well equipped to make evidence-based exercise prescriptions and modifications.
